I am currently an out-of-network provider. I provide a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many clients with PPO plans receive partial or full reimbursement. I'm happy to discuss this during your free consultation.

It truly depends on your goals and what you're working through. Some clients find meaningful change within 3–6 months; others benefit from longer-term support. We'll discuss this together and check in regularly to make sure therapy is meeting your needs.

Yes! I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients across California. Many of my clients choose telehealth for its convenience and flexibility. Sessions are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant video platform that's easy to use from any device.
